Non-adherent & impregnated with soft paraffin, which reduces the adherence of the product to the surface of the wound. Protects newly formed tissue and minimises patient pain during changing the dressing. Pharmatull is made of open weave cotton gauze that allows the passage of the exudate to be absorbed by the secondary dressing, so the exudate does not dry on the wound bed. Can be cut to the required shape before use without the risk of fraying as the gauze is made of interlocking threads. Non-allergenic.
