Please test Tape on a small area of the body for at least 8 hours before full use to determine if product is right for you. If you have Sensitive Skin, Using 3MTM Cavilon No Sting Barrier Film may prevent allergic reaction. If you are or may be allergic to adhesives, DO NOT USE. Tape is Hypoallergenic Meaning “Below Average” or “Slightly” allergenic causing fewer allergic reactions but Does Not Guarantee against reactions. Tips: Can Be Used For A couple Of Hours For Lifting Appearance Purposes. Can Be Used for 2-5 Days For Contouring, Training and Retracting Body & Skin. Clean Skin with Alcohol or Gentle Cleanser to be free of soaps, lotions, oils and perfumes. Use Skin Barrier if you have Sensitive Skin (See above for suggestion). Apply Tape Without Tension & No Wrinkles- Have a Smooth Tension Free Surface Foundation when Applying. When Removing Tape Please Saturate Skin With Oil Such As Vitamin E or Coconut Oil, Let sit for 5 Minutes then Massage off in Shower or Bath with Soap and Warm Water Removing All Adhesive Residue.
