Sterile & Absorbent First Aid Kit Medium HSE Dressings – Protects and Cushions. These medium HSE dressings are part of the wound care contents of a first aid kit. They are the first item needed for open cuts & wounds. The dressing is attached, about a a quarter of the way along, to the bandage.
