Sterile & Highly Absorbent Large HSE Dressing. A Handy Pack of 5 Dressings for First Aid Kit Refill. Large dressings are indeed the first item needed for open cuts & wounds. The dressing is attached to the bandage, about a quarter of the way along. This is to make it easier to apply – Simply place the dressing on the wound, wrap the longer bandage strip around the limb & dressing and then use the smaller end to tie.
